Its simply market forces at play here. Given the choice, most borrowers would prefer unsecured loans.

As lenders, we would prefer secured loans, to avoid getting burned

A borrower does not have the same mindset as a lender

2 loans today now, the drought is not over but this helps

Alot has been happening on Squirrel Money the last 3 days too. Especially 3 & 5 year secured loans which were of interest to me.
