If you stand in line with people queued up early to wait to get into a Trump rally you will find the same sort of people who queue up early for pretty much anything - people who are not working.

Trump supporters are disproportionately white-European, male, evangelical christian and vanilla. These are the people who have seen their relative status decline over the last few decades due to western society's trend towards greater inclusion. They come from all economic groups. Their anger is a flame fanned by Trump which will flutter out in time as they are not actually a disadvantaged group.

I am surprised it was passed by the moderator too.

Johnson still thinks that Trump should get the Nobel Peace Prize. Incredible. Perhaps it shows the alternative reality these leaders inhabit? Of course they both have similar "respect" for their countries' constitutions and have stoked divisions to try to achieve their agenda. It seems too that they have also been swapping notes on blame-shifting.
