BUL - Blue Energy. Chairman of the board and executive director John Ellice-Flint buys 56million shares taking total holding to 111million -9.73% of all shares). JEF is the former head honcho at Santos. It would be reasonable to assume "something is afoot. The actual transaction on 22/9 was for 114,157,417 shares but as yet the holder/s of the remainder, some 58million has not filed a SSH so looks like two entities in the purchase to avoid filing SSH. May be worth noting Kogas (Korea Gas) is already on the register bit no filing from them. May not get to be a 10 bagger but will be surprised if not a decent multiple. Current SP 2.8c.
By the way SMR - Stanmore Coal - Current SP 61.5c

Clip thoughts on VOC today? Saw the buying opportunity at $6.30 and got in. Can't see it going down much lower then $6.

I broke my rule(waiting for a confirmed uptrend) and bought a few more VOC today.Alot of smoke atm about management selling out , margins dropping; growth over or slowing, brokers downgrading, competitor TPM disappointing and s/p cratering etc. Im still in the black by re 25c or so. A few new research reports due out; hope they are more optimistic and that this has been an overreaction or a kneeejek reaction.

Haven't been actively following VOC or any shares for the past 6 months sorry Jinx! Some great news for BRN this week though. And very much still kicking myself for not buying EMC when I saw it!

If the strategy is correct it's a winner. Head honcho now biggest SH with ANZ S/H in pocket-go figger.
Had a look at ATC, business case looks compelling but obvious risk in financing project-Will monitor for now and keep on my radar.

Yes I understand they are currently looking to borrow the bulk of funds needed to construct the plant from a sole German bank which is a good sign ..

.I don't think this will muti bag just on finance but still should at least see it move towards 20c .

...longer term once plant constructed producing nameplate 4000t of HPA (current US$28/kg HPA) then we will see the SP fly to match the income ....debt will not take long to payback at all ... then we have a very long mine life ....P/E-10 min so 500-600mill not out of the Question longer term ....

    10-20 bagger potential

For those who haven't followed the IGO takeover of WIN, IGO is funding the JV with ALY out west NSW.

ALY is still a microcap and also has NST funding a JV, as well as the base metal mid tier HRR funding one.

ALY is still with an EV approx 5m, a lot to like and given the WIN transaction the ALY sp hasnt moved as much as i thought.

Other small caps to add to the watchlist, TNG, CVV, MCT, AJM, HRR, AZM all with the potential to significantly re-rate as they progress
