Cool RNU - GRAPHITE and Lithium OPPORTUNITY

Heads up on this one people - they currently drilling out Arno Graphite project - 1 week into drilling good time to buy if you like it !!

The Siviour graphite deposit is currently the largest reported graphite Mineral Resource in Australia,
with a JORC-compliant Mineral Resource estimate of 16.8Mt @ 7.4% TGC for 1,243,200t of contained
    graphite, including high-grade mineralisation of 5.9Mt @ 10.0% TGC 590,000t of contained
    graphite

    Initial met and petrological testing!!!!!!!

In addition to the drilling, EPM conducted some preliminary flotation tests
in 2014 on a sample from one hole drilled on the eastern margins of the
Paxtons prospect, which is part of the current exploration target. ALS
Metallurgy performed bench flotation and gravity tests over a 2.5kg core
sample, obtaining graphite recovery of 87% and producing 93% purity of
concentrates with flake size up to 600µm.

Graphene is the future. Plain and simple.
It's 200 times stronger than steel, thinner than a sheet of paper, and more conductive than copper.
    And that's not all...
Researchers the world over are using it for critical advances in a variety of industries. Graphene makes:
    Solar – 50x-100x more efficient
    Semiconductors – 50x-100x faster
    Aircraft – 70% lighter
We're talking batteries that charge 10x faster and store 10x more power...
Phones and computer displays that bend and fold...
And even the potential to make people and things completely invisible.
Indeed, the Huffington Post notes graphene will “change the world.”
It's so vital to our future that it's been named a "supply critical mineral" and a "strategic mineral" by the United States and the European Union.
Yet only a few companies around the world have access to mineral resource that is required to make graphene. And 70% of supply is controlled by China.
So the setup is perfect for any non-Chinese supply to become an extremely lucrative investment, just like rare earths a few years ago.
A new report from the Outsider Club fully outlines the situation:
    What graphene is used for...
Where the supply will come from...
And why now is the perfect time to invest in this world-changing discovery.

Your welcome- Not risky IMO - the risk is lack of research and understanding about this high grade low hanging beauty so here are some more facts from the experts - DYOR this could be one of the great finds on home soil - way undervalued to its graphite peers - take a look at the latest research report - first pass shows a grade and resource that is nothing sort of impressive and its trading at 1.9c - multi bagger in the making based on Over 80% of samples tested are large, jumbo or super‐jumbo flake size

    http://www.renascor.com.au/reports

    go to latest research report

    ■ RNU announced a maiden Resource estimate of 16.8Mt, of
which 6.8Mt, grading 8.1% Total Graphitic Carbon (TGC)
is Indicated and 10.0Mt grading 6.9% TGC is Inferred.
    ■ Within this, there is a higher grade portion of 5.9Mt
    grading 10.0% TGC.
    ■ The ore-body is shallow and flat lying. Over 80% of
samples tested show flake size to be large or bigger.
    ■ RNU is on track for a scoping study by September. 2016.

Over 80% of samples tested are large, jumbo or super‐jumbo flake size
Petrological examination of high grade samples from RC drilling show over
80% to be high value large, jumbo or super‐jumbo flake size.***
    Shallow, flat‐lying deposit
The Arno deposit mineralisation begins from 10m below surface, and the
ore‐body has an average thickness of 20m, so mining costs should be low.***
Enterprise Value $2.1/t of Resource, in South Australia; RNU looks cheap
Beer & Co’s analysis shows that RNU has a low value compared its peers,
which range up to $29.5/t of contained graphite.***

THIS IS WHAT THE EXPERTS ARE SAYING ABOUT THIS GRAPHITE DEPOSIT (Taken from BCP Equities research report in April 2016, also on the companies website )

We believe that RNU is trading at a significant discount to its peers despite having a bigger or better quality resource and is potentially the most commercially viable graphite deposit outside of East Africa. It is reasonable to expect RNU to be trading at least in line with the average in – situ valuation of its peers. It is for these reasons we are initiating coverage of RNU with a Speculative Buy recommendation and a price target of $0.06/share.

The first chart below depicts the size (x-axis in million tonnes) and grade (y-axis) of the ASX listed companies with defined graphite resources and the bubble size represents the enterprise value of the company. As obviously depicted there is only one company with a huge deposit with greater than 10Mt of contained graphite, SYR with 128Mt from 1.2Bt at a grade of
10.8%. One the second chart below we dialled into the smaller end of the group and focused on companies with measured and indicated resources. We have excluded the two companies with deposits with greater than 4Mt of contained graphite, SYR and MNS. As shown in this chart RNU has a significantly smaller enterprise value compared to its peers despite a comparable resource in terms of size and grade.

Given the drilling results to date it is realistic to see RNU not only increasing the size of the resource but moving a significant portion of the current inferred resource and any new resources into these
    higher confidence categories.

    VALUATION
RNU has quickly defined the attractive and scalable attributes of the Arno Graphite deposit. However, due to the early stage of development we believe that the implied in-situ value of the deposit highlights the undervalued nature of the company. We have identified twelve companies listed on the ASX with defined graphite resources. Within this group in-situ values of total resources defined to date range from $1.20/t to $26/t of contained graphite with an average value of approximately $11/t.
All the companies in the group, with the exception of one, have some of the defined resource in the measured and/or indicated categories and these are valued from $2.50/t to $60/t of contained graphite with an average value of approximately $30/t.

Going to be an interesting run if 2c gets broken - drilling continues till end of week then core samples will be analysed remembering we have already got some stellar results at ARNO Eyre Peninsula Project - good to see lack of interest at the moment which is when i believe the best time to accumulate before the volume kicks in - i stand by my comments about RNU being a multi-bagger by years end - the only question is how may multiples in my view this is one of the most undervalued plays on the ASX - please DYOR

Renascor has recently defined a large-scale, high-quality coarse flake graphite resource at its Siviour deposit in South Australia’s Eyre Peninsula. With an Indicated and Inferred Resources measuring 16.8Mt @ 7.4% total graphitic carbon (TGC) for 1,243,200t of contained, Siviour is presently the largest reported graphite Mineral Resource in Australia and remains open along-strike.
The Siviour deposit is shallow, tabular and near flat-lying, with most of the graphite mineralisation occurring beneath only 10m to 25m of surface cover. As shown in (See Figure 2), Section 631800E, the westernmost section drilled of the Indicated Resource, shows a thick, shallow graphite-mineralised zone that is near flat-lying over the southern and central portions of the prospect before dipping gently to the north.

... so this will just build on what we already have and i therefore expect the market to re-rate it
p.s Im not a trader so day to day fluctuations not a concern for me - I look at medium to long term plays not gyrations - they are for gamblers

Graphite is more interesting play than Lithium however we have potential for a nice healthy lithium deposit also -

Fair enough; I've made good coin in Lithium plays and many think thats a risky spekky play. Getting in and out early without being too greedy, before the trend changes can be tricky for me , with all the day traders and Intsos using bots and planting rampingUp/Down info on the threads etc. So to be , gone before the tide goes out and exposes one wearing wet PJ's is the challenge.

yes indeed - algorithms and trading platforms used by the sophisticated ( if you can call them that) have destroyed the SHAREMARKET as we once remember it as its scared alot of mums and dads away and they taken their money into the property sector
Therefore the market is very different these days as its those traders looking for a pip or two return that confuse investors who want to invest for future realised value and in-situ value dosent have same impact on stocks these days unless hype is added into the mix - SO KEY is to look through all the smoke and mirrors - GLTU Joshuatree - we all going to need it

Something interesting ive picked up in last nights announcement referring to General Meeting coming up on 30 June (which IMO should coincide with core drill results being released to market PRIOR TO MEETING OR IN 3 WEEKS TIME WHICH IS WHAT THEY REPORTED so maybe around 19th 20th June) -

So back to the GM announcement last night ------they stated that the drilling commenced on 16th May at its Siviour deposit was to be for a duration of 2 weeks well if that the case they would have now completed their drilling and would have plenty of drill core samples ready to send to lab by now so keep an eye on any price movement - im sure they will keep it as quiet and professional as possible before results are released - we dont want a leaky ship as we know they already have great success with a defined high grade , low hanging resource

"Proceeds from the May 2016 Placement will be used to fund resource expansion drilling on the
Siviour deposit and to commence comprehensive metallurgical test work at Siviour as well as to
provide working capital and to cover the costs of the capital raising. Drilling at Siviour
    commenced on 16th May 2016

Renascor has recently defined a large-scale, high-quality coarse flake graphite resource at its Siviour deposit in South Australia’s Eyre Peninsula. With an Indicated and Inferred Resources measuring 16.8Mt @ 7.4% total graphitic carbon (TGC) for 1,243,200t of contained, Siviour is presently the largest reported graphite Mineral Resource in Australia and remains open along-strike.

I might top up a few more today

Could RNU become a smaller version of SYR ???- we know they have a massive measured high grade resource however even if RNU eventually ends up with a graphite resource of 1/10th of SYR - RNU represents extreme value at 2c share - below its peers and already has an established high grade asset - i suspect that the market has certainly overlooked this asset.

Even the April 2016 research reports saying it is worth multiples of todays price of 2c - good one to accumulate and wait for the calvary to arrive not to mention the most recent round of drilling at Arno PROJECT

i CERTAINLY THINK ITS ONE OF THE BEST POTENTIAL STOCKS ON ASX TODAY !- some companies are trading multiples higher and only have rock chip samples LOL

Someone just bought a million options RNUO at .005 with an exercise of 3c before end of September so they expect this heads to be trading at over 3c - interesting as they will end up paying 3.5c a share - thats confidence

anyway - enough said on this one !! DYOR

love the condifence schumacher and thanks for the headsup and sharing your research. I have to agree with you when you say that graphene is the future, I watched a documentary called "billions in change" and one innovation they highlighted in the doco that could revolutionise the planet and produce an unlimited energy source was using graphene as a semi conductor to generate energy from the heat of the earths core, sure we are probably years away from this but still exciting none the less. however I can almost guarantee solar is the future too but i wouldnt be throwing my money at every solar energy company! jumped in for a cheeky punt today!
