    cheers
Hi Aotea- if we comparing TLG to RNU its probably a bit unfair on RNU as TLG are more advanced in their road to production life cycle - I think that we really want to look at our peers who are at similar stages to us otherwise its not comparing apples with apples

The previous comparisons i was doing with SYR also dont amount to a lot either as they are currently around $5.60 share and well advanced with production starting Q2 2017 - I was basically trying to see where their share price was 4 years ago

Anway heres a bit of info on TLG then we probably should focus on the companies at similar stage to us to get an idea of how undervalued we are - in saying that i think a run for RNU over next few weeks to around 5-6c ( in line with the BUY recommendations currently in the market ) is about where we should be sitting today - we have more drilling this month to look forward to and Metallurgy tests as we head towards a scoping study due for completion in September ( 6 weeks away) which should then move us higher IMO

Looks like TLG's recent capital raising at 28c share to investors and issue of shares has dragged the share price back down from the 40c range to 29-30c region- this is normal IMO always happens with CR as some people (traders) sell out as high as they can after getting their parcels at 28c to lock in profit - TLG price range of 30-40c looks about right in terms of what they have achieved to date but could also be higher and think the recent CR has affected shareprice. The price we all pay for dilution however inconsequential in the long run
Should stabilise around here and remember its run from 5c share to 40c + in past 12 months so good returns for getting in early which is one of the reasons why i like RNU

As you can see they have higher grades and at first glance they have slightly more than twice (2 x) our resource tonnage with better grades ( good for us that our deposit is shallow and flat ) so understandably they are at the price levels and more advanced than us - if we are talking about short term price % opportunity to make quick money then i think RNU could return a higher % in the next month than TLG if people are trading both for a profit - i.e RNU 2.8c to 6c is approx. 110% verses TLG at 29c to 40c (28% gain) but who knows aye

    TLG 43.2 MT
RNU 16.8 MT (More drilling coming) RNU mentioned they have a further exploration target of 15 MT so that would place our tonnage closer to TLG but they also have exploration targets well over ours - also their grades are exceptional - one of RNU's advantages is that we have a flat, shallow and massively thick rich deposit , great infrastructure and close to Shipping ports and i think it matters to point out that our ore-body at Siviour is at 1 location as opposed to 3- 5 seperate graphite deposits.

    TLG

Location : Sweden 3 KEY JORC resources

    High Grade Graphite Pipeline

    ‣ 100% ownership of five graphite projects in Sweden containing multiple deposits
    ‣ Full range of graphite flake sizes from graphene, micrographite to jumbo and larger

RNU- (on track for scoping study by September 2016 ) Austalia's largest high grade Graphite deposit -

    Current share price 2.8c
Location : Eyre Peninsula, South Australia - 0% political risk due to Location in Australia -
Size of Deposit: 17 MT Resource Mt Grade (TGC 8% approx.) Contained Graphite
Flake size: The ore-body is shallow and flat lying.Over 80% of samples tested are large, jumbo or super‐jumbo flake size
    Indicated 590,000
    Inferred 650,000
    Total 1,243,000 MT
    Stage: Exploration drilling
Our attraction: Australia/ largest high grade Graphite resource in Aussie
Dont forget : RNU also holds the Munglinup graphite project in WA as well as copper, gold,
base metals and uranium prospects in SA.*

Note: based on potential known size of deposit there is likely hood of increasing reserve by multiples meaning possible upgrade in resource we could get to 10 million Mt of ore thus putting us on level pegging with BKT

MNS,VRC and BKT are in Tanzania not Mozambique (SYR and TON are there) - also very high purity (battery grade) without having to use chemicals (increases costs) - unsure where RNU is at re met results.

    RNU - SCOPING STUDY METRICS

Now that we are heading towards completion of scoping study we should look at the SS metrics which should be released to the market in September, then we will get to see the potential robustness of our project

key metrics of scoping study will include :

    Items Base Case
    Plant throughput (tpa)
    Diluted Feed Grade (%) 23.6*
    Graphite production (tpa) ~
    Graphene production (tpa) ~
Life of Mine Strip Ratio W:O
    Graphite price assumption (USD$/t)
    Graphene price assumption (USD$/t)
    Capital cost (AUD$m)
    Mine Life (years)
    Discount Rate (%)
Pre Tax Net Present Value (NPV)** (AUD$m) ~
    Payback from construction start (years)

    Exciting times ahead
    Cheers Schu

yes thanks yabster for correction - i was looking at them all together and had far too many tabs open on my computer at the time

    Also FYI Petrology
Over 80% of samples tested are large, jumbo or super‐jumbo flake size
Petrological examination of high grade samples from RC drilling show over
80% to be high value large, jumbo or super‐jumbo flake size.***
    Shallow, flat‐lying deposit
The Arno deposit mineralisation begins from 10m below surface, and the
ore‐body has an average thickness of 20m, so mining costs should be low.***
Enterprise Value $2.1/t of Resource, in South Australia; RNU looks cheap
Beer & Co’s analysis shows that RNU has a low value compared its peers,
which range up to $29.5/t of contained graphite.***
The potential of the Arno graphite project as a large tonnage, high quality graphite deposit was evident in the eight holes
previously drilled in the targeted graphite zones. All holes drilled by EPM had high-grade, coarse-flake graphite intersections
and showed a strong correlation with well-defined conductivity zones over 5km strike-length.

    ****Initial MET AND PETROLOGICAL TESTING
In addition to the drilling, EPM conducted some preliminary flotation tests
in 2014 on a sample from one hole drilled on the eastern margins of the
Paxtons prospect, which is part of the current exploration target. ALS
Metallurgy performed bench flotation and gravity tests over a 2.5kg core
sample, obtaining graphite recovery of 87% and producing 93% purity of
concentrates with flake size up to 600µm.
As an initial step to confirm that the graphite mineralised zones at Siviour
have the potential to produce economic quantities of coarse flake graphite
in concentrate RNU commissioned the petrographic analysis of nine
samples from four of the recently completed RC drill holes at Siviour. These
were examined by Pontifex and Associates. Photomicrographs from these
samples confirmed the presence of flake graphite with lengths up to
1,600µm and over 60% of flakes with lengths greater than 500µm. RNU
recognises that the proportion of coarse flake graphite will be diminished in
mineral processing but it is very encouraging that the deposit has such a
high portion of coarse flake graphite to work with, as the value of in-situ
coarse-flake graphite compares favourably with more advanced graphite
projects that have demonstrated significant coarse flake graphite in
    concentrate

    NEXT STEPS
RNU to commission a scoping study ( COMPLETION DUE SEPTEMBER) on the viability of establishing commercial production of the Siviour Mineral Resources. This will include comprehensive mineral processing test work, commencing with sighter test work to determine the appropriate parameters for flow-sheet determination. RNU also expects to undertake further exploration drilling to expand the Mineral Resources into the Exploration Target area and the areas immediately north of the Inferred Resource and adjacent to the Paxtons prospect.

Please check ur private inbox. 93 percent purity is not high though. 99% purity is battery grade, purity is a major key factor.

    Thanks Bailer
of course purity is a major factor but you may be getting ahead of yourself as this was taken back in 2014 from only 1 drill hole and lots of other factors to consider - to obtain 93% purity from 1 hole is excellent start - Yes battery market and Graphite purity is particularly important for the higher value end uses like lithium-ion batteries and for the overall cost of production as is the lay of the deposits - Although resource tonnes and graphitic carbon content (grade) are key metrics in assessing projects, the evaluation of graphite projects is more complex. Out of the numerous considerations, key attributes (in addition to size of deposit and grade) are product flake size distribution and purity.
    Statement from RNU
"Metallurgy performed bench flotation and gravity tests over a 2.5kg core
sample, obtaining graphite recovery of 87% and producing 93% purity of
concentrates with flake size up to 600µm. "

****NOTICE THAT THEY STATED 93% PURITY OF CONCENTRATES WITH FLAKE SIZES UP TO 600 - this could all change as could our purity - seen it with other advanced explorers who are further ahead than us

MANY USES FOR GRAPHENE- As you know Graphene is used across multiple industries not just battery so we can still supply other markets such as:

Other market demand for Graphene --
    1) 3D Printing Materials $3B
    2) Flexible Electronics / Screens $16B
    3) Energy Storage $62B
    4) Conductive Inks / RFID Tags $3B
    5) Lightweight Composites $20B
    6) Plastics and Building Materials $567B
    7) Paints / Coatings / Galvanics $53B
    8) Solar – 50x-100x more efficient
    9) Semiconductors – 50x-100x faster
    10) Aircraft – 70% lighter

    ECONOMICS -
RNU economics will show our ore is flat and thick while others are steep in geographical characteristics - our grades are more likely to increase as we delineate more drill hole core drilling and testing and metallurgical work IMO

Microns Mesh Size Purity Market Terminology
    >300 +48 90 to 97% Extra large or ‘Jumbo’ Flake
    180 to 300 -48 to +80 90 to 97% Large Flake
    150 to 180 -80 to +100 90 to 97% Medium Flake
    75 to 150 -100 to +200 90 to 97% Small Flake
    <75 -200 80 to 85% Fine Flake / Amorphous

FYI taken from TLG - presentation
During the comminution stage, both colloidal graphene and particulate graphite will be separated in a single step to form individual recovery streams. The graphene stream will be further filtered, sized and dispersed into
specific solutions for bulk transport to meet customer requirements (>99.9%C purity). Inprocess functionalisation of the graphene is an option to be reviewed in future.
The graphite recovery stream will be subjected to a combination of wet magnetic, gravity and other industry standard processes to produce an ultrafine (-75 micron) graphite concentrate of at least 80-85%C purity to be sealed into bags and containers for transport. The total graphitic carbon recovery used in the Study is 79.3%.
IMO has documented a range of graphene

FYI - JUST LOOKING AT PRICE MOVES PRE- SCOPING STUDY TO RELEASE OF SCOPING STUDY

Interesting that TLG in December- January 2014 Went from 6c to 44c on 9th October 2014 which was the date the scoping study was released to market so a gain of 620% - THEREFORE our scoping study is due in September 2016 (6-8 weeks from now) so what will our share price do - who really knows but i suspect its worth 6c as per independant reports suggest as a speculative BUY

RNU - Will probably retest 2.8c new support level and was also 12 months previous high

based on recent move i expect 2.8c to hold - it may get taken out but should hold as it is support as always time will tell -

all good and patience required folks
