    desparate moves by a troubled company

    westfarmers confirms it does not own shares in fbu .... nice story to pop the shares

    Clever "leaking" a story like that whoever did it. It certainly helps get the capital raise away at $4.80 rather than say $4.30

    Do they need OIO approval as a good % of S Hers are domiciled outside of N Z ?

    Yep so glad I got the remaining Mrs's shares out at $6.89 odd after selling the initial half at $10.40. Not looking to get back in anytime soon either.
