Bought a few of these a week or so ago, hadn't been aware of the Company until recent even although only 2 hours up the road.

Why did they choose to list in Oz rather than NZ ?

    You must be happy!

What's the deal with the trading halt? Surely asx had approved the price sensitive announcement from this morning?

It's a strange position I am in now, I only bought 10k shares back in start of May, if the sp was to stay where it is right now (50c) I would be best to sell my 10k shares @ 50c and buy back via my spp entitlement later @ 43c. Unfortunately if other small holders do the same I suspect it would only push the price downwards.

It would depend when you can access those funds to fund the SPP, it closes on 21/6/19 unless you put other funds into the SPP, don't forget the brokerage, the s p has done its thing last week down to .095-6 ish so I don't think it will hit that price again before Friday, could be wrong !

Should I have received any communication regarding the SPP?

Just had a look at the announcement again, they will be sending out the offer document 26/6 and closing the SPP offer 15/7.

Have people received their SPP offer document yet?

    I'm still waiting on mine.
