Default New Spark and Z Bonds

I see there are a couple of new bonds about to become available.

Spark - 5.5 years at about 3.5% (rate not finalised I believe).
Z - 6 years @ 4%. This is replacing the ZEL020 bond that was repaid last week.

Not enough in those to interest me (pun intended), even though I hold more bonds than shares.
Both companies shares giving a better return.

a lot easier to liquidate though, which is exactly why the rates often dont compare.
For clarity, nothing I say is advice....

I see the Z offer was over subscribed by $25 million.
I had come off the ZEL020 bonds that were paying 7.25% (ah, happy days), so decided to reinvest in a couple of shares paying good dividends. Having said that I do hold bonds paying around the high 4s-low to mid 5s as I don't see rates increasing markedly in the near term.
Possibly I have too much in bonds/notes, etc. But I'm at that stage of wanting a fairly constant income stream and hold a few shares in what I consider solid, reliable paying companies as well for (hopefully) a modest capital increase.
Z shares have always seemed quite reliable to buy at the $7 and below mark (I think I got my first lot at $4-something). Happy changing from Z bonds to more Z shares.
