Default ASX purchase wrongfully attributed to my Chess Holding

    Hi guys,

For the first time ever I think I got something credited towards my Chess Holding. In June I got a statement that 8000 ZNO.ASX shares have been credited to my Chess Holding. I didn't buy them and I thought it might be reversed but I still can see that holding.

It's not that much A$560 at current price but you guys think I should tell someone or just keep them in the hope no one will ever find out?

Thank you. I assume it is not just because I want to be the good guy here right?

Being the good guy should be enough.

But if you know them not to be legally yours then....

Would have thought that if they were bought in June, whoever bought them would be "missing" them by now.
But agree, tell them and see what happens, they might say, " pretty sure they are yours" and/or have already sorted with the client that is missing them.

Thank you - I told them in an e-mail so at least I have proof that I've contacted them.
