White dudes for Harris.
Plenty of republicans support the Harris/Walz ticket.
The far-right consider them RINOs.

He has to keep up ridiculous pet kidnapping claims to continue to shock potential voters. Obviously he knows he cannot match Harris with a rational debate on serious topics.

In my more than four decades of covering and commenting on presidential politics, I have never seen one candidate so effectively control a debate the way Vice President Kamala Harris dominated Donald Trump, the twice-impeached ex-president, in their faceoff Tuesday evening.
If President Joe Biden’s disastrous performance in his June debate was the worst, Harris was the best — and, strangely enough, both debates were against the same opponent. Biden’s debacle did not result from Trump being particularly sharp. It was because Old Joe simply did so poorly. In terms of the nonsensical nature of his remarks, Trump was not that much better or worse in either debate. The difference, this time, was that he faced an opponent who displayed remarkable skills.

But nothing of the sort happened and in fact he turned out to be a president of peace.
.............
The claim that Donald Trump was a "president of peace" is highly disputed and not supported by the evidence. Here's an analysis of the key points:
Military Actions and Escalations:
Trump increased troop levels and expanded aerial warfare in existing conflicts.
He dramatically increased the use of drone strikes and loosened restrictions on their use.
The Trump administration saw four consecutive years of growth in the Pentagon budget.
Near-Conflicts:
Trump came close to starting wars with North Korea, Venezuela, and Iran.
He ordered the assassination of Iranian General Qassem Soleimani, bringing the U.S. to the brink of war with Iran.
Existing Conflicts:
Trump escalated U.S. involvement in Yemen, vetoing bipartisan efforts to end U.S. support for the Saudi-led intervention.
He withdrew from the Iran nuclear deal, leading to increased tensions and Iran's acceleration of its nuclear program.
Claims of Peacemaking
Middle East Agreements:
Trump supporters point to agreements between Israel and some Arab states as evidence of peacemaking.
However, critics argue these deals did not address core regional conflicts and may have exacerbated some issues.
Afghanistan:
While Trump initiated talks with the Taliban, the actual withdrawal was carried out by the Biden administration.
Rhetoric vs. Reality
Trump often claimed to be ending "endless wars," but his actions often contradicted this rhetoric.
He presented himself as an anti-war candidate, but his presidency saw continued and sometimes escalated military involvement.
Differing Perspectives
Some supporters, like Viktor Orbán, claim Trump was a "president of peace".
However, many analysts and fact-checkers dispute this characterization based on Trump's actual policies and actions.
In conclusion, while Trump did not initiate any major new ground wars, his presidency was marked by military escalations, near-conflicts, and continued involvement in existing wars. The claim that he was a "president of peace" is not supported by the overall evidence of his foreign policy actions and decisions.

Vance doubles down on the pet-eating claims. Demagogues need vilified scapegoats. Even the Republican Governor of Ohio has rubbished the Trump/Vance claims.

Who is the far left of the DEMs? Sanders?
The DEMs on average are probably more centrist than our Labour Party due to America's extreme capitalist society.
NZ was far better off before we started heading down the same path of privatizations and profiteering off things like health and education etc.
Hopefully you find my posts helpful, but in no way should they be construed as advice. Make your own decision.
