Financials - Receipts from customers for the last 3 months was only 78K (he said covid crisis delayed payments!). Staff cost 5-6 million per year. Cash burn is 2 million per quarter. The next few quarters will be crucial

I will be taking part in the SPP

Hi Joshua, I just sent off my Bpay application yesterday. If OVN can succeed or even go cash flow positive in the next year? Meanwhile I am happy to wait.

I'll send mine off tomorrow. I have a small holding and don't want to send off much more than I'll be allocated. They prospectus mentions that if it's overscribed it will be scaled "on a pro-rata basis" - would that mean relative to shares applied for or shares held - it's not specified in the document - does anyone know?

It is encouraging that the SP is holding above $.30 while the new shares will be issued at $.24. It may well be oversubscribed.

Not really in these insane mkt "rising tide lifts all boats" to use peats analogy yet again. Im applying for a minimal amount as between now and profitability when/if the mkts drop big again i may be offered a cheaper top up . I may miss the boat but thats what im comfortable with atm, protecting my asset gains is my main strategy atp. Im pretty risk averse and gun-shy atm and OVN is still in a pretty high risk race atm until its more accepted and takeup is consistent. Im no longer a young gun whose into risk/reward situs and dont want to end up with an old fool moniker.
