I totally agree once they stop the C Rs and complete all of the necessary requirements, IMHO NTL will be a gravy train once that happens, so is it one or two more C Rs that are needed in order to achieve that ?

This could all change very quickly. Whats stopping the Board hard selling the gold production project to wealthy backers to fund what ever is needed to get the show on the road. If that could be achieved the wall of 58 million sellers at .008 would go in one or three hits prior to an announcement. We have overseas expert confirmation that the gold is there. Its just got to be taken out. The 58 mill wall of sellers is just a reflection of holders being tired of waiting.
