Putin is deliberately targeting civilian and residential buildings. He has likely used banned weapons and may be planning to use thermo-baric weapons. It is to the shame of other countries that they do not help the Ukrainians defend their people from this invasion.

Now becoming clear why Putin fought a battle to get Chernobyl. The Russian army now in there with rocket launchers firing into Ukraine, knowing they will not be fired back at due to the danger and risk of a major disaster if rockets landed in there.
This is according to a Ukranian MP that had a Zoom meeting with Nordic leaders yesterday. She also confirmed all major cities in Ukraine now under bombardment and latest strategy seems to be to target city council buildings and military accommodation.

The russian people haven't even been asked if they want an empire (with putin as the emperor, scary thought).

If he can't win an election without cheating, then we can't assume there's any real amount of support he has for the war.
