Unbelievable isn't it ? While China is gently trying to make its point, it can't afford to be more forceful in its rhetoric, otherwise it more fully displays its true intentions to the world. NZ is seen as an 'honest broker' in the Pacific theatre and the pivot point for the West's more benign view of China in the world...
