    yes BP wind is 11 KM westerly in Skane today...

    But honestly shows who ever is in charge in USSR doesnt care much for weather reports ....

    Those air defenses when turned on will be great targets for radar seeking missiles...and HIMARS...

    Well yes, I guess they don't care about the safety of their soldiers and people either. Just recalling the stories where they ordered Russian troups to dig up trenches in highly contaminated soil around Chernobyl. Putin might think he has still enough cannon fodder left ...

    And yes, airdefence systems (particularly if they have to run 24/7 as they do on an airport) can be outstanding targets for anything searching for radar systems or heat. Guess however that that much sophistication might not be required given that one can see them on any satellite image - just enter GPS data .

    Defectors should be allowed to become ukrainian or EU citizens rather than sent back to be killed or tried by biased courts.

    Obviously that creates security risks so will need to keep that in mind.
