    Default Sum - ev/ebitda

    Why do retirement stocks have such a high multiple when you look at their EV/EBITDA ?

    SUM = 71.63.

    Cheers

    Welcome to the forum Tos96.
    We already have threads for each of the retirement village companies as well as a "retirement villages" thread. If you are interested, I suggest you start reading through some of those, where I think all possible issues have been canvassed in detail and often by some very knowledgeable people. . I look forward to your comments on the relevant threads, as we always do for new members/commentators. I think you will find a lot of useful info on there to assist you on your investment journey.
    Good luck :-)
