Got prompted to look at AFR's street talk. They report Acrow is acquiring MI Scaffolding, which will allow Acrow to offer over water scaffolding services to industrial players like BHP in Queensland. Raising $15m via placement @ 80c (6.4% discount), $15m raised via corporate debt raise, and earnouts payable should future EBITDA targets be met.
