This is another one that gives me the creeps. Vendors cashing out.....no idea how many or even how much. . They will accept over subs. Avoid. "Promoters" don't fill me with confidence either.

~1 billion being raised. Of which ~600 million going to existing shareholders and ~300 million into the company. Net result a market capitalisation of ~2 billion. Seems like magic but can't be bothered working it out.
