That's precisely the attitude that left Ardern with an incompetent cabinet. Enough with the diversity BS. Put someone competent in the role. (that too maybe an issue for Labour atm.)

I'm note sure we have ever had more women in more senior Ministerial position than we have now ? Add that to more Maori around the Cabinet table than ever before. The most diverse Government ever ?
