Hi Percy,

Thanks for this. I watched the year end presentation off their website news page and was quite impressed. I am new to the asx and am having trouble sourcing the top shareholder listing, have yet to find an equivalent to coys.co.nz. Do you know the top 5 shareholders and their holdings? In the presentation the CEO said 2/3's of the shares were tightly held and would like to know who is holding the remainder.

Then I look for their annual report announcement.

Yes great web site.I set up one watch list on my computer, then set up another watch list in daughter's name on her computer.Can access both from my computer.ASX anouncements and trading figures are delayed 20 minutes.If I see an announcement I want to see straight away, I go to www.asx.com.au site and put in the company's code then muck around until I find the anouncement.ASX have recently updated their site,which I am still trying to find my way around.
Another site I find excellent for projections and financials is www.marketscreener.com
Share holder lists are interesting,yet directors buying is the best indicator.Buying is more important than selling, as there will always be a number of reasons a director sells,but only one reason why they buy.
