NZX Takeover Targets

I believe we are entering a very interesting period of increased new listings and takeovers. This is very typical of final stage stage booming bull markets and is being driving by the insane amount of money being printed that's looking for a home.

What are peoples thoughts on potential NZX takeover targets?

IFT - just announced. Would be a real shame to see this go unless it's at a very large premium
TWR - looks to have reach an inflection point and may be a turnaround story that can generate strong cashflow. Previous failed takeover attempts at higher prices
PGW - now confirmed turnaround story, generating strong cashflow, Chinese blocking stakes
APL - significantly below NTA, lowish marketcap that would be an easy 'bolt on' to existing property fund (Centuria etc)

I think people are missing the constant price increase in PEB on no news. I am thinking they will be next and who knows which price.....

Not the target but SCL is sitting on plenty of cash in the bank and no indications on where it is going....why keep it in the bank?

What about the requirement for quota holders to be Kiwi's.

Actually given their execution skills selling off the operational arm and remaining as a quota tenement holder has appeal.
