deja vu....Goodwood Capital Limited (NZX:GWC) reported loss after tax of $57,481 for the year ended 30 September due to costs associated with the Company’s elimination from liquidation and accounting as well as administration costs.

Following the withdrawal of the Company from liquidation after a High Court order dated 9 October, the Board is focussing towards restructuring and lifting the trading suspension of the Company’s stock that was levied when the Company was initially liquidated many years earlier.

The Board is currently looking to find an acceptable market opportunity by way of a reverse takeover deal (RTO) to invest in and/or purchase.

So looking forward - a piece of the unknown yet to be determined by Joyce & the Board,
accompanied by a Cap Raise to bankroll offloading the Listed Shell

If you like - a scenario a bit like the Bethune's Shell bought out by TLL and former holders possibly
diluted down the creek courtesy of the exercise ..

A small piece of some other action however is possibly better than a larger piece of a big fat Zero
and the whole job left basically abandoned to drift down the river ..

What's a Listed NZX Shell worth these days ?

Do you know of any other shell listed companies out there currently who are looking to backdoor? i knew of goodward, but curious if there are any other phoenixs out there.
