Int rates going up still but how far.Not a bad place to put some dosh.

Saw headline in afr to the effect that if you can't get 9% then you should be in cash instead. Didn't read it as they've tightened up their paywall marvelously in the last couple of years. Seems to me this could be good advice for some but not for others.
Obviously this advice even if good is only going to be good for some period of time. Ordinary investors might be better investing now in anticipation of a lower rate environment. Otherwise they might miss the time to invest, who's going to tell them?
