2023 picks:
SGA - Graphites time to shine, large resource
MNB - Phosphate, Green Ammonia, clean energy
REE - Rare earths (picked last year)
POD - Platinum and Palladium (picked last year)
ELS - Israeli backed Drone technology, wild card but well connected individuals onboard.

NMT and NIC didnt quite make the top 5, so expect them to double...
