ESS shares were converted to DVP at a ratio of 6.18:1. With a DVP shares trading at $2.83 this is the equivalent of 45.8c for ESS. This should therefore be modestly up for the year not -85%.

This might move me off last place, but still a terrible effort.

Talon Acquisition
Implemented
Strike Energy Limited (ASX:STX) (Strike or the Company) is pleased to announce that the
acquisition of Talon Energy Limited (ASX:TPD) (Talon) effected by way of scheme of
arrangement under Part 5.1 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Scheme) has been
implemented today. Accordingly, Strike has acquired 100 per cent of the issued capital in Talon
(Talon Shares) from Talon shareholders.
In accordance with the terms of the Scheme, Talon shareholders (other than Ineligible Foreign
Shareholders1 or Cash Out Shareholders2) have been issued the Scheme consideration of
0.4828 new Strike shares for each Talon share held on the Scheme record date, being 7:00pm
(Perth time) on Monday, 18 December 2023. Trading of these new shares commenced on a
deferred settlement basis on Friday 15 December 2023 and are expected to commence trading
on the ASX on a normal settlement basis from Thursday 28 December 2023.
