Quick question wizAlvin regarding rule 10:

10. at any time a ticker may be converted to cash but must be bought back into before the end of the year - same ticker.
if in cash when suspended or taken over or otherwise unavailable by year end : cash. That Ticker may not be swapped for another ticker

Practically how will this work? Sale and purchase at VWAP or closing price on the day of the request to sell/buy?

as in the past - if i think a ticker i nominated begins to fail / fall / tank- i place proceeded into cash - but buy the ticker back just before year end at the most extreme. If say something bad happens and ticker falls to 50% then they find gold encrusted diamonds with rare earth nodules that ticker may be bought back into - twice as many shares/ticker - being at 50% and all. transactions are at time of posting of the notice - or e o day if that is too hard to find out. - a copy of the share price at the time of notification would be helpful. i endevour to track prices over the day.
if - and this has occurred - a takeover occurs and cash is given for a ticker and the person wishes to remain in cash rather than take another ticker - then cash it is until a new ticker or e o year.
