Been listed on the ASX since Sept 2005 and gone by varies names over the years. It was calling itself Quattro Plus Real Estate until Tuesday and then got new ID as Auckland Real Estate Trust and dual-listed on the NZX on Wednesday, hence this thread.

Claim to own five properties in the Auckland CBD (keeps) and one in Chicago, USA that they are going to sell, as it does not fit the 'Auckland Real Estate' name.

So far no trades on the NZX and liquidity on the ASX is pathetic.

So having written off this stock, here is a picture of a Sunda Clouded Leopard to make the post and thread worth-while:

18 1/2 years listed on ASX 3 on NZX , and now finally decide to disappear from both exchanges
in April 2023
