    Default KPG 2029 Bonds

    From the Chris Lee summary:

Kiwi Property Group (KPG) has announced that it plans to issue a new 6.5-year senior, secured green bond.

Kiwi Property Group (KPG) owns and manages a property portfolio of $3.2bn with a high occupancy rate of 99.7%, and a weighted average lease term of 4.6 years.

The secured bonds have a minimum interest rate of 6.00%.

These bonds have an investment grade credit rating of BBB+.

    Any takers?

I glanced at them, but between having enough invested in KPG via shares, and not having a lot left in my cash holdings decided to give them a miss.
Today my IFTHC bond payment came through and they are now paying 7.89%, so happy enough with that.

Would much rather own KPG debt than equity.
