Not a whimper out of the Office for Wellington Mayoral Leaks over this ?

Are the whole Mayoral Dept all still away on holiday or busy counting the leaks ?

One of the major problems with fixing Wellington's water leaks is, leaks relieve water pressure in a pipe, so once they repair a leak in a pipe, it increases the pressure everywhere else in the old pipes, causing it to burst in new places.
You can never catch up. The more they repair, the more new leaks are going to spring up.
