And now that violent crimes and criminals are running loose out there (with some hardened criminals committing murder, mayhem and robberies while wearing electronic ankle brackets on home detention rather than being locked in jail), Labour quietly drops its prison policy.

And get this, Kelvin Davis as minister in charge either did not know or tried to cover it up!
