Maybe you could try and wait for the next dip in share price. But off the back of the Australian investor day the fund managers get to work and rerate the stock.
It's back on their radar. And the stock is being moved out of the Utilities basket into the Technologys basket.

PFI .Gareth Morgan I believe was one of 5 people who set up this entity...many decades ago.A few years back I believe PFI had returned over 10% compounding for 3 decades.Boring industrial buildings.Div paid quarterly.

I came second in a NZX competition because Powerbeat was one of my picks. Went to the NZX in queen street to receive my prize, i was only 15. I remember a few disgruntled competitors complaining I shouldn't have been able to choose that company.
