Thank gawd for small mercies if the facists can be kept out.
The so-called European shift to the hard right has been forestalled. A Tale of Two Cities! However I guess the pressure is on London and Paris to deliver economic and cost of living improvements, while controlling immigration. Otherwise the Nationalists are waiting in the wings.
New PM Starmer certainly has been quick to go on a charm offensive around the nations of the UK and Europe, and Ukraine, with defence co-operation a priority. If he can help strengthen co-operation between Eastern European countries such as Poland and Hungary with Western nations, that will be a job well done.

Bad news for putin. Hopefully he doesn't get the grand prize of the United States.

Reform UK is now higher than Labour in the polls and only just behind the Conservative party.

Starmer will be lucky to complete his term.

None of the recent PMs want to fix the big Brexit hole in the Great British Ship of state. Why not vote in Farage, the man who helped cause it, to finish the job, and take The Ship of Dreams to the Promised Land.

You always need to keep your investments offshore and currency unhedged under a tory govt. They tend to make the pound worthless (a secret tory tax).
Wise strategy to hold at least no pounds.

True. It is ironic how they wrap themselves with the Union Jack. Top female Tory donor Lubov Chernukhin, is married to an Oligarch with a vast array of overseas interests and connections. In 2015 Boris Johnson said that he was assured that she wan’t a Putin Crony. I imagine that was as reliable as his other statements!
