This reminds me of 2 years ago. Apart from my long term holdings, scraped up some extra cash and bought an extra 21,000 the night before announcement. Next morning they went up $1.50 and sold them before Aussi opened. If I had waited, they went up about another $1 when Aussi opened. And another couple of dollars over the next week or so.

In simple terms, a company called Yiheng Capital LLC have a $13m bet (Put Option) expiring tomorrow that A2M will be below 14 by close of trade...this doesn't include the premium they paid for the Option.
