    Quick glance at headline would say it’s great news Blackrock a SSH ..vote of confidence and all must be honky dory etc etc etc

    Any hints what they are up from the pages and pages of transactions

    Blackrock are very heavy hitters. That they are now substantial shareholders is a very good sign in my opinion.

    BlackRock are also big index fund providers so it's not clear to me that they're holding by choice (or certainly that all of their holdings are by choice), I see a lot of activity in the list on and leading up to the MSCI rebalance date

    looks like shorts are adding again , nearly 4m added on the 31st and 1st . since april nearly 3% of issued capital has been shorted now some serious money betting on a decline in a2
    one step ahead of the herd

    Lets hope the shorters stop toying around and put instead a bit more effort into whatever they are doing.

    We are just going to have to get used to them dicking around and all the ups / downs that go with it. Just let the increases run and put stop losses in place in case it goes pear shaped. (all good fun on a day to day basis - I don't know how traders cope with it)
