    Conclusions
We conclude from this study that floral source and H2O2 levels, while important in determining the antimicrobial properties of honey, cannot be used to reliably predict whether a given honey sample will have antibacterial or antifungal activity. In general, processing with heat and filtration reduces H2O2-based activity but this varies in different honey samples. The most active honey samples produced high levels of H2O2 both before and after heating, suggesting H2O2 stability could be a useful indicator of antimicrobial activity, but further research with a greater number of samples is required to support this observation. The potentially detrimental effects of even mild heating should be taken into account when processing and testing honey destined for medicinal use"

There are ways to dehydrate without using excessive heat, such as freeze drying. I'm not sure how they're dealing with the honey in this case, but maybe someone has thought it through. You're probably right though, and this is designed more for marketing rather than biological effect.

Additives to milk powder or blends of powder are often blended when the powder is cold so don't see a heat issue. I trust they will have done it properly and know what they are doing.

........what they should REALLY be adding is BLIS (oral probiotic) to make a truly unique kiwi made product. Wow what a health combination for infants and adults alike! Get in early with your kids and have their teeth, gums, throat (and more) protected and strengthened from the get go. The Asian culture would totally embrace this for their kids this Im sure. Can't believe this hasnt been taken up already to create a "world first" of A2 milk/BLIS oral probiotic combo????
