    I am a newby to the apartments and have stumled across the above apartments. Anyone had any experience in these?

    Hook Go back through sharetrader posts I think there is quite a lot of postings on this and other Auckland apartments. (Do they live up to their name?)

    Nautilus has been around a while and had a major case of leaky building. Make sure that all repairs are done and see what the bodycorp bank account is looking like before you touch it.
