KFL - discount to diluted NAV

Bounced a little to close at $1.30. Dividend announcement must be getting close, albeit to be paid in December, along with the next warrant issue which shouldn't be later than February.

Did anyone notice that the regular daily updates of on-market purchases we have become used to being treated to ceased on 14 November (in respect of 13 November)? So no buying on Thursday or Friday last week, or we would already have been told. And I suspect not today to set the new price level.

BRM having a tickle up in price. Probably the same thing - going ex-div in less than 2 weeks.

With rate cuts around and seasonal Santa around ensuring NAV to remain buoyant for some time ahead ...current huge discount should eventually narrow to more normal levels of first below 6% then maybe 2-4% range ( as per Mr B's study of last 10 years BRM average discount came out as meagre 0.6% ...surely it got lifted by premium days which may not happen easily ) .

I echo Mr B's thoughts that its silly to sell them at current levels but still some are doing ...seems very motivated or need based done professionally ...yesterday order of almost 140K @ 1.28 for closing match got removed as closing auction didnt happen due to KFL reporting HY results at 4:56 PM ....surely it was not a retail seller .

Again someone's loss or need can be our gain ...dividend is NAV based and its already rising and expected to rise further ..2.66 last to 2.85 current to 2.90+ next estimated ...making dividend yield well over 9% tax free with DRP in individual investor's hands

Although A2 is only around 2.6% of the portfolio, its up over 18% currently.

FPH is helping big time at present up 4.8% with IFT lagging ...but all portfolio is lit up ...KFL is outperforming index at every rise ...mainly its stocks lead any up move

Purchased another 40,000 shares in KFL today.

It feels like a good time to be buying in at these discounted levels.
