    Anyone know of any in new zealand.

    in auckland?

    in east auckland?

    as im interested to join one :P

    awaiting for CAZ to hit $8, and then i will start buying a house :P

    in the meantime, gonna start with some education.

    anyone can help me with any good sites/books/magazines?

    i brought this months edition of the australian property investment magazine.

    brought it for the articles of case studies. very interesting.

    too bad i cant find 200k houses in auckland.

    also anyone know of any good professional real estate managers?

    man i have so many questions to ask!

    DISC- dad just took me today , to a new house currently being built in dannemora - auckland. 5 bedroom, 2 stories, about 300 square feet or so. on the corner of the street, asking for 518k.. dad made offer for 500k

    dazza, try www.apia.org.nz for the auckland property investors association. Not for profit, property investment education & networking. 1000+ members mostly residential investors. 1 yr membership price is around $150 & includes 1 yr subscription to NZ property investor mag + discount card. Has monthly association meetings + monthly local area meetings, east, west, central etc.

    Yes APIA is great. Did you end up becoming a member?
    At the moment they have a deal on smoke alarms and the discount card gives access to insulation if you need to do that before July 2019.
    There may be more deals on insulation come up n the next couple of years, but good to do if the property would benefit and you're in a position to do it.
