    Default property and the resources boom

    Anyone else doing well out of property, thanks to the current resources boom? []

    Property prices in WA have been going gangbusters of late. Ditto for central QLD - thanks to some degree to the wealth being created in resources of late, and the rental demand to house the mining workers.

    Be doing real well when EXXONMOBIL announce future development drilling in the Great southern basin.Got sections in the main centre close by Invercargill paid 15,000ea 6months ago was offered 25,000ea for the lot today by a Auckland buyersome 70,000gross profit
