On the surface looks an attractive dividend yield. I just wonder if buying shares is buying into a declining business. I am a boomer and me and my siblings all subscribe to Sky. But none of my adult nephews or nieces do. They prefer watching youtube or netflix or at least think Sky is not worth the additional cost. On that basis, I will steer clear of SKT as an investment.
fair point stickiness is with boomers , young people pay for weekly passes for all black games hence the growth in sky now.
they have stated cashflow will be used for buybacks and increasing div's.

I would pay for an online only service for non-sport channels. I don’t know why they don’t provide more online only subscriptions.
Like Sky Go, but without the need to also subscribe to a box or pod - so online only. The ability to subscribe to individual channels or to mix and match the channels you pay for would be good too.
Sky Go is included when you sign up to Sky Starter
