For what its worth, I would like to read your articles on substack but you really should provide some free ones. It is really annoying and off putting when you click a link and you cannot actually access what was promised.

Hi all. The world of finance makes it seem that valuation is a kind of science, but really it comes down to the valuer's assumptions and opinions. Hi blackcap (a cricket enthusiast?). I have the site's owner - who I write other stories for - permission to tell Sharetraders about any relevant columns I post on my Substack. You might notice that I only do this for columns about shares.
I do make the occasional column free but, like everyone else, I need to make a living and I believe my work is valuable. That many other people agree and are prepared to pay for it is very gratifying. You're asking me to work for free. No thanks

Agree with your sentiments re- valuation. The disparity in share price (property companies) to NTA is always a useful indicator as to the validity of the valuation.
