    Default PCT - Precinct Properties

    Hi all. If you're a specialist in managing high-rise office properties in downtown Auckland and Wellington, is building apartment buildings in Parnell and Mount Eden and student accommodation on Queen Street a natural way to expand? My latest column published on my Substack, Just the Business, takes a look at what Precinct's been up to over the last few years.

    Are you spruiking on here again Jenny? I thought that was against the terms of service of sharetrader?

    For what its worth, I would like to read your articles on substack but you really should provide some free ones. It is really annoying and off putting when you click a link and you cannot actually access what was promised.

    Hi all. The world of finance makes it seem that valuation is a kind of science, but really it comes down to the valuer's assumptions and opinions. In my latest column published on my Substack, Just the Business, I have a go at trying to compare Precinct's latest valuations with those of other property companies.

    Hi blackcap (a cricket enthusiast?). I have the site's owner - who I write other stories for - permission to tell Sharetraders about any relevant columns I post on my Substack. You might notice that I only do this for columns about shares.
    I do make the occasional column free but, like everyone else, I need to make a living and I believe my work is valuable. That many other people agree and are prepared to pay for it is very gratifying. You're asking me to work for free. No thanks

    I get that you don't want to work for free, but like I said, it is annoying to go through links only to find you are at a dead end. You may wish to inform others that it is paid or subscribed only content.

    Agree with your sentiments re- valuation. The disparity in share price (property companies) to NTA is always a useful indicator as to the validity of the valuation.

    So right - couldn't agree more and not hard to indicate limited access.
