Just found it - it says "Approved" now.

I think when I happened to search for it they must have been updating the status which is why it never came up in my search results before. So I just assumed you were pulling a fast one mate!

I'm not 100% sure if "JV Investment" is Infratil's but the Vodafone structure is:

Vodafone New Zealand Limited - (COMPANY)
ICN JV Limited - (Joint Venture COMPANY)
Infratil 2019 Limited (Holding COMPANY)

So it follows that "JV Investment" is the joint venture company for Sky.

Everything I post is pure speculation... I would have thought you know that by now.

JV INVESTMENT LIMITED is now showing "Approved" instead of "Approved Name Reservation" but it hasn't incorporated yet. Weird.
