If old director decides to sell all his holding in a " good long term yield paying " company ...should I be worried ? Maybe nothing more to it then he just wanted out or needed cash or wanted his funds out of NZ !!! Doesn't look good but doesn't make TRA less of a company for maybe longer term then his horizon
