Property Funds (Unlisted)

Has anyone investigate property funds and syndicates as an alternative to direct Industrial & commercial property investment? for example WRF Property Trusts (www.wrf.co.nz) and direct property limited (www.directproperty.co.nz)? If so, what are you thoughts and feelings on these?

Also, are there any lenders willing to lend for these types of investments and if so how easy (lending criteria and requirements) for raising a loan on these types of Investments?

I suggest you check the Australian unlisted property funds before you do anything. Morningstar (www.morningstar.net.nz) shows 106 unlisted/direct property funds in Oz. Some of them are worth a look.
