Interesting move by NZSA to vote against Graeme P and Warren Bell with their 2m odd proxies.
In 2 minds myself as to whether they remain the secret sauce in HLG's success still, or whether the inevitable must happen with board renewal - thoughts ?

James Glasson said the exec team is all relatively young and values the input from the grey hairs on the board. Not his exact words but what he meant.

The current board and exec team are delivering the results so I don't believe there is any need for change right now, though it will come eventually, of course.
