    James Glasson said the exec team is all relatively young and values the input from the grey hairs on the board. Not his exact words but what he meant.

    The current board and exec team are delivering the results so I don't believe there is any need for change right now, though it will come eventually, of course.

    The share price is certainly heading up. Dividend paid and there still seems no stopping it. (for now).

    197,000 traded today. Plenty deciding they'll take some profit at $8.02 (and below), while plenty of others still seeing upside.
