from XRO: shares on the NZX will be automatically transferred to the ASX. Shareholders
will not need to take any action to facilitate this process. Holders of Xero
shares on the ASX will not be affected by this process. More information is
available on a dedicated section on Xero's website, including contact details
for Xero's share registry Link Market Services:
    www.xero.com/investors/listing

being a nz holder of asx listed shares you will not be entitled to imputation credits if they ever pay a dividend one day , as for there imputation account here they could do a one of special div to use it ? im guessing if they dont use it they lose it?

Yes I know about imputation credits (none) on ASX. Have been bitten by that before when a dual listed company delisted on the NZX and not long after paid a significant special div with no imp credits for NZ holders.

Take your point about special div. I do think Xero will do its best to look after NZ holders. You know those of us who have hung in there ...

Market a bit unhappy with the report (or maybe people just panicking about the delisting)

Shouldn't NZX holders be rather happy with an instant gain due to $NZD/$AUD exchange rate?
