Looking forward to seeing XRO.NASDAQ to add to my portfolio.
Cash flow break-even point reached.
What better way is there to market and establish credibility in the US than to list on NASDAQ.
My thoughts are that $40 per share doesn't look that far out of reach and may be more imminent than one expects.

Yep, agree Mr. Sharp. I'm guessing a shareprice of around 29, which would raise the market cap to 4 Billion, followed by a 5% equity raise of 250 Million as part of NASDAQ float. That puts about 350 million NZD in the bank. Australasia and the UK markets are now well established , so nothing else needed there to continue to grow those markets. Just keep improving the product and service to current customer base and these market will grow organically. All steam ahead with the US. They just need to keep chipping away at the US, traction will come. Small business owners in the US often are linked to what the bank offers in terms of accounting systems. Filing tax returns in the US are more linked to personal income tax filing then in Oz, NZ and UK. That is why the banking relationships that XRO is building in the US are so crucial to its success there in that market. Intuit will be doing everything they can to prevent this.

Is NewGuy still around here? I think he owes me some wine.
Agree, a nice 29% gain so far this year for holders of XRO...... a bottle of wine from New Guy, would be 'icing on the cake' for you Santiago.
