    Hey rotweiller,
    Just round the corner from B's on Riccarton road there are probably 20 Motels...
    My favourite and most highly recommended motel is Called 'Roma' on Riccarton Road... there are a few much closer...
    Probably about 20 motels on that road...
    Give me a PM, I'm driving past tomorrow and I'll have alook, if you want me to find you one...

    I am aware of many Motels on Riccarton Road but if you can give me a couple that a close to P would be much obliged and await your recommendation.

    Try http://www.riccartonmallmotel.co.nz/accommodation.html

    There's 2 motels there, and they are just off the corner of Puriri St and Riccarton Rd. Only a few minutes walk from Super B's, and straight across from Riccarton Mall.

    Both motels are about 5 years old, and are quite good.
