Fat Prophets?

Does anyone here subscribe to the Fat Prophets newsletters? Do you think that you are getting value for money? I see they have a special deal going at the moment. I could subscribe to both their newsletters (Australasian and Mining) for the cost of about 0.5% of my portfolio.
You views would be appreciated.

Don't subscribe and have only had a look at the sample newsletters.
They are keen to "sell" though. I registered for a free report/newsletter then got contacted by one of the guys from Australia to my mobile phone here in NZ a couple of times until I put them off.
Still receive emails along the lines of "2 companies that have increased by X%/X$ since we recommneded them ...... in the subject but of course you have to subscribe to find out who.
They are mainly long term recommendations.
