Were any revenue numbers mentioned? They are doing $10m revenue now with $1m profit? $100m company?
This looks like the usual BLT partnership/distribution agreement. Lots of excitement that fizzles out to poor sales growth.
But the fact that the other side put cold hard cash on the table and the CEO is joining the board makes it feel completely different. Feels like this time is for real.
Annoyingly I think this is far better for Probi- they are getting 20 years of work, they get to manufacture it and then sell it and pay a license fee (how much?). They also get to tap into the brains trust at Bliss with the R&D sharing agreement.
But what are you going to do when BLT haven't had any luck selling this stuff in any great numbers. BLT good at science. Bad at selling.

On the conference call this morning Brian said they had been able to negotiate licencing terms that were "very attractive".
